JOB TITLE: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

DIVISION: Behavioral Health Services 

STATUS: Full Time/ Exempt

In this position you will: 

• Provides Clinical Social Work Services including psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families.  
• Supervises and trains interns and unlicensed staff.
• Maintain quality assurance of the program 
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall health and well-being of the patient 
• Conduct intake and assessment of patients available resources and needs 
• Formulate assessments and direct treatment accordingly 
• Develop an individual-based and/or group-based treatment plan, including medical, psychological, financial, and other life issues 
• Maintain confidentiality at all times 
• Participation in Via Care Community Health Center's Continuing Quality Improvement (QI) program. 
• Contributes to program planning, evaluation, report preparation, and development of articles. 
• Performs other tasks as required or as assigned. 
• Maintain a positive working relationship with staff. 
• Other duties as designated by the Medical Director or Executive Director
• Must be fluently bilingual in English and Spanish

Required qualifications for this position include: 

• MSW from graduate school for Social Work
• Licensed in the State of California by the Board of Behavioral Science Examiners
• Demonstrated expertise/skills in working with the target population
• Two (2) years of experience in a Child/Family setting (including internships)
• Must be able to travel to off-site and satellite locations
• Must have insured personal vehicle
• Handles emergency or crisis situations
• Mandatory annual TB, Influenza, and Covid vaccine
• Salary $80,000 to $100,000 dependent upon experience
